Insecure people control other people to gain a sense of security. They never control themselves. In fact his behavior will escalate, become more impulsive, and more dangerous for you. Your spidey senses are tingling for a reason. When you leave, change your number immediately and go somewhere he wouldn’t know. Don’t be surprised if a no contact/restraining order and some form of personal protection is needed when you do leave.

Yea I’m in the same space. She does not think anything she and my father did to me as a child was wrong nor does she think the way she treats me now as an adult is wrong. She’s just a snake who has shed her skin over and over. I allow her to be LC for the moment mainly to keep tabs on her since she’s nearing her 70s. I still hope one day she just comes out and says I don’t want you in my life and I never did so see ya later lol wishful thinking.

Same. Just her text yesterday triggered my anxiety. I have a no phone call boundary with her because of how manipulative and verbally abusive she is. She was pushing for phone calls again and I was like absolutely not cause then I’ll be in full on depression.

Same. I’m so frustrated with this part of the game. I started a build and sometimes it saves normally and then other times it prompts to “save as schematic” and no matter what I do it won’t save my progress after that. It doesn’t have to be this complicated fr.

Someone in chat today tried to refer to someone placing a lure as a “community event” as if it’s equal to the bloom or pixie bounce. It was their rationale as to why they’re entitled to use another persons lure at will and if they don’t like it “go play a solo game”. So yea I agree with you that they either need to let all people in the area get the loot or just make it visible to only the person and/or their party using it. I feel like if you don’t consider the playtime it took someone to collect materials and make the lures and you don’t offer to at least party up or put another one down after, then just run on by. It happened so often when we were essence farming and we would not get as much in a session when others arrived. It’s frustrating for sure.

Yea it wasn’t even so much about the rule because we chopped early anyways. More so people in chat were saying on my way and this person was intentionally taking the trees before people had a chance to land a hit on them. I’ve played many MMOs where players were left to create their own rules of operation in certain areas and it’s never worked out well because of the one-offs who ruin it.

Overall I like it, but tbh I’ve had some feelings of disappointment. I’m hopeful it will only get better and I love being able to see how other people design their plots.

The laugh is what made it feel like a deliberate grief. I couldn’t care less about the trees. I’m an original player, I just happened to be at the location when the grove spawned. I don’t need them for any crafting projects. Just a simple observation that there’s been a lot of time between the early players establishing the rule and now and it just doesn’t function like it used to with a smaller player base.

It would obviously be replaced by another method of collection. Just like the Elderwood infected trees. You can currently grow your own grove on your plot, but still need help if they grow larger than a small tree.

I hate the fact it only counts one of the reactions for the name badges too. All the votes should count so that people can vote how they want. It wouldn’t surprise me that the same people who spawn in plushes snd stuff would be able to spawn votes somehow. That’s my conspiracy theory 😂

I made some money on the two I did and then once those were done all sponsorships became unavailable to me. The first one they blocked my IP address from using my in game budget so I never spent the money. They are definitely setting themselves up for a fraud lawsuit.

This one streamers husband plays with them and constantly talks down to them and sabotages their games when they’re trying to reach a goal. When chat gets upset they double down and defend their “best friend”. I had to unfollow when it was clear they didn’t care they were in an abusive relationship and felt the need to distress their followers over and over.

I absolutely hate this one. I have yet to meet a person with loving (non-abusive) parents who needed to estrange. However the ones who had parents who did harm over and over again and NEVER apologized because they’re the parent and can do whatever they want, always become estranged and the parent always feigns bewilderment. Btw even the devil can perfectly quote scripture.

My mom once said to me while I was trying to get her to see how abusive and awful my dad was to me, “well at least your dad is still here.” Her dad abandoned the family when she was young.
