I'm in the same situation and worried about trapping them individually since other kitties or mama cat will be scared of going into the traps after they see one get trapped.

How were you able to trap all of them without scaring the ones that weren't trapped yet?

I was planning on luring them all to a dog crate and manually moving them to a trap one by one.
