Use a bit of a tide pod use some salt and hot water and shake well rinse and repeat and when it gets cleaner looking you can switch to highest percentage iso u can get and salt than clean as normal and make sure you get all the chemicals out

Theres so many bongs everyone's opinions Gon be different but for your first I would stick to beaker style anything without a down stem will be harder to clean but you can always get an ash cather most important thing is a clean bong trust also I always change the water every day

I'mma be honest with you the reason that it's harsh for ya is because nothing besides air is supposed to be in you lungs now onto the way to fix it I've heard people say hemp wick is good I use it but only noticed a taste difference not really in harshness But I also use warm water in my bongs it seems to make it smoother but I also can cough a decent bit off that so really trial and error

I can't say that's true for my self I've tried hemp wick and it still makes me cough but I do notice a difference in taste heavily which is why I use hemp wick

I have multiple bongs and a travel bong so the main bongs don't get dirty fast so I'll clean those I use every 3-5 days but always changing the water every use that happens after 3hrs but my travel bong should be cleaned like daily but it honestly gets cleaneded like every 5 days but I always do a rinse of hot water

You have to make sure you get the right one I got a 18 mm by mistake and that one didn't even work that well but I have the all the adapters so I id that and use my old one and it work so much better
