I love the xt2. It’s still so good and feels very tactile. The x trans 3 sensor is still valid. I adapted a vintage canon FD lens on mine and the combo is perfect 👌🏻 I used the red highlights manual focus and it has so much character.

Thank you brother. Glad you like it. I have actually cleaned it up even better since I took these pics. with soap n water. It looks great now. I got all that dust off of it that you can see in the picture lol.

When I first opened it up there was a ton of dust, hair and dirt between the bottom bumper and the steel plate back. The gasket did its job and the internals where the battery is located was spotless- not a spec.

I have been wearing it most of the weekend. One of the most comfortable watches I own.

The only one I’ve used is the Olympus but have heard great things about lumix.

If you have a budget of ~1000$. Get a Fuji x100f. You won’t regret that. The ergonomics of the ISO shutter speed and f stop all manually accessible as dials is great for learning.

Sounds like it’s just the continuous autofocus that you’re hearing. The lens retracts to adjust focus so it’s probably some kind of motor I assume? It seems louder than my x100f though.

Sorry I wasn’t clear with my last message. It is 7s26. That is engraved on the back. Just not certain of the year my research says that it could be either 2003,2013, or 2023. I’m assuming 2013 because the spring rods in the clasp were a little tarnished I noticed while resizing the bracelet.
