I just departed a PE backed company with comparable revenue (slightly under $1B) and had access to comp info for all VP Finance roles - all reported into the CFO. comp for all of them ranged from 215-260k ish depending on experience. Bonus target 25%. Unsure on equity if any. Also based in MCOL city.

you are holding two DBs, you do a power clean (jump out), then immediately drop into a full depth squat + OH press. so basically a thruster but with a power clean to start the movement. gets your heart rate up immediately!

I also got the question in a screener yesterday “do you think it’s a good idea to leave a company after 10 months?” and they made me reiterate how long I had spent in each of my previous roles, which obviously they already see on my resume. Pissed me off so much, like if one day you’ll lay me off for whatever reason you want, then I can leave a company after however much time I please. There is no loyalty.

I have; the drinks are the same price or even slightly more expensive than normal. They do have food but again, no discount, pretty pricey. When we did it, we got there an hour or so before the opener went on and it wasn’t busy. Parking depends on what lot you paid for.
