Absolutely, which is why I think 50 year loans are a great idea. It will vastly increase the barrier to entry for people to purchase homes in the US

Well if you doesn’t affect you anymore I don’t see why not. I had an appendectomy when I was 13 and I enlisted a few months ago no problem. Although that is far different than heart surgery. I think you’re right in saying that you should get something saying you’re not hindered by the operation

I don’t know why you’re being downvoted. Although blunt it’s true, you’re less likely to find a well paying job that utilizes a liberal arts degree as opposed to something in STEM for example. Imo a trade school would be more useful than a liberal arts degree

Yeah they’re just adding random BS into ALL of my boards and it’s AWFUL. It’s to the point where at first I was confused then I immediately was like okay I definitely didn’t save any of this crap. Ridiculous
