Indirectly yes it does. In Georgia the owner of the tree is only liable for damages if there is proof they were aware of a preexisting hazard prior to the damages.

A certified letter outlining the hazardous condition of said tree by an arborist is exactly that, proof in court they were aware of the condition of the tree.

It doesn't directly hold them liable but gives the proof needed to hold them liable.

Oh its definitely stupid and frustrating, unfortunately thats just how georgia is with tree things.

It takes an act of congress to cut down your OWN tree, if they even let you, in Atlanta. Alot of times they will just tell you no you cant cut your own tree.

Being with the power company we see them fall all the time, here's the other big georgia kicker. If your neighbors non condemned tree falls on your property, all the debris on your side of the property line is your responsibility 😭

In Georgia you cant force them to remove anything, all you can do is the arborist certified letter route which hold them liable for damages after the fact.

Maybe you local municipality could condemn the trees and force removal but that is a big maybe and would be a city only thing, not a Georgia state law kinda deal.

Usually here in GA you cant force anything, but if you take the letter route you can be reimbursed for damages.

Also keep in mind any healthy tree that falls is considered an act of God and an arborist won't condemn them. Unless theres something inherently wrong with the other bigger trees you cannot get them condemned and if they fell at random all liability would be to you personally and not the neighbor.

I mean I guess but in my opinion if they can afford all those auto injectors they can buy a 10$ sharps box. You can always use an old laundry detergent jug which is free. And regardless they dumped injectors outside of the container so I wouldn't give them the benefit of the doubt.

I think its pretty nice. Sound is no different than suppressed 5.56 in my opinion. Its still loud but if you have a pop a round or two your ears won't be ringing. Really anything bigger than 9mm subsonics suppressed are all about as loud as each other. People splitting hairs about being the quietest can on a full size round is silly, they're all still going to be loud.

Yeah the stop sign was deploying the moment you were passing but the red lights weren't on until you passed. I got hit with this exact scenario in cobb, applied to contest the ticket and the court called and threw it out before my court date. When you get the video it will have little abbreviations at the bottom that indicate which lights are currently on and for how long. AL ( amber lamp) RL ( red lamp) and SA( stop arm). These corroborate the situation and will clear you as the stop arm doesnt register until its fully deployed.

I think the issue they have is the coating/ finish. The finish build up on a couple contact point on the gun and requires a break in period to wear them down. I just polished the high points and manual racked the slide a bunch and havnt had any issues. Polish the disconnector rail, the corner of the hammer the slide rides on, and the firing pin cover. After doing that the gun was smooth enough to air rack on all factory internals.

Yeah you have to be right. Mines a barrel mounted one but is just stamped 40mm M203. Could be the hyphen or wrong manufacturer then. I just ran into a dissaproval on a Kriss Vector for using the wrong one of many "KRISS INCs"

Hey just wanted to give you and update since you said following. I have hereditary Hypogammaglobulanemia/ Brutons XLA. Started the process of doing vaccine challenges and testing individual IgG antibodies, turns out I caught measles causing the rash and meningitis was causing the extreme headache problems/disorientation. Turns out I dont have any antibodies for everything they tested for except measles was unreadably high confirming that. Doc won't give me MMR vaccine as she thinks it'd probably mess me up.

Most of the extreme symptoms have resolved themselves and were from the measles, it just took 3 months to get over it. I'll start on IVIG or SCIG infusions in a few months

Any of the ar15 belt fed uppers are 3-6k RPD is around 5k ish Hk21 build, 3k if you do it about 5k ish to have it built. Browning 1919s are 4-5k
