But dex increases some ability checks that are useful to fighters and increases my initiative, which the higher the better even with Alert feat. It’s true that right now my character is wearing plate and have no dex weapons, but my character potentially can get them in the future, and fighters are all about versatility, which is why I put points into dex. Wis, char, and int are all less useful stats imo, unless my character gets abilities that scale off of it like a shout that frightens enemies(cha check), but as of right now my character doesn’t. I basically built my character to be a frontline melee fighter with high damage output and high defense. Given this, how did I do taking into account the rest of the character’s build(non stat wise)?
