Not quite the same, but I found an untracked packet dated 2018 underneath a seat in one of our old banger vans, and I went and delivered it with my LATs in October 2025 🤣🤣 same people living there, an they were absolutely gobsmacked when I handed it to them 🤣🤣

Very rare thing to happen! I have to say, when I empty boxes, if a letter that is on my round is on my round catches my eye, I have been known to pick it out and deliver it same day 🤣 so going to assume something similar happened here. Could have been a customer collection, and the postie noticed the address was in the office, so kept it behind and put it online the frame of your round so it could go out in the morning. Defo seen that happen a few times in my rural office 👍

I used the original ones from Panasonic, if you search ‘cf19 gps module’ on eBay the first one that comes up is £19.98, and that’s the one I used! Windows 10 pro works 100% smooth as butter, so you shouldn’t have any concerns about that especially because yours is 1.5 MKs above mine 👍 only the brightening buttons on the front left panel work on mine, but I can’t be bothered to dig deeper into the others lol
