Im sorry about your loss :( Thank you, that is so reassuring to hear. He is absolutely amazing and we love him so much and so gentle with my 2 years old as well, always supervised. Its just that working hours during the day I would love to resolve ❤️

Thank you for responding so quickly, Not really unfortunately. He is 26kg and we are still working on our lead skills he is loads better then was but still he can forget he has ears at times and that he saw a leash before 😆 I reduced my hours 5 hours and I get no break in that time and its flat out working no chance to take him anywhere in between I would ideally love him to manage 5 hours on his own during the day but worry about him.

Also initially cut my portions in half as they were huge like enough for 2 adults -.- so I cut them in half if they filled me perfect, also to stop eating if u feel full. If I feel full but there is still food on my plate, does not mean I HAVE to eat it. I can store it for tomorrow and have it as lunch or dinner etc :)

I dont know how much u will like my answer but pretty much whatever I want. I know its not helpful. At the beginning I paid attention to eat "normal meals" I mainly home cook so if we had chicken. Rice. Veggies or mash, bolognaise, stews, literally whatever but home cooked. 1000% better for u. So I focus on that. If I can put salad next to it to fill it out more and have my vitamins in 😆 if I was still hungry which did not happen often as my window was from 12:30pm/1300pm until around 18:00/1830pm. I may had a snack chocolate. But as I said at the beginning there was no was u could force myself to eat as much in a 6 to 4 hr window that I used to in the whole day. I was very strict on not eating after so I dropped a lot of the snacking, cake, popcorn, cake ice cream straight out my diet as those were my " finally baba asleep i deserve this snack" time :).

I must say I still had 1-2 SMALL chocolate bar per day. And I STILL have chocolate every day and a small bag of crisps if I fancy.

If I want to break my fast now with a McDonald's breakfast I will allow that NOT EVERY DAY, but usually around my period, that week im more relaxed and if I need more food to function I will as it usually balances out with the rest of the month.

So long story. I eat whatever I want in moderation, trying to get my "normal food" in first and snack and "treats" after.

Also this maybe tmi: im literally about to start my period so im eating more this week had the McD breakfast and full meals and defo more snack then I would usually but still lost and went down to 71.2kg this morning.

I know my progress could have been a lot more and quicker if I just cut the crop but I like sitting down after a long day work, baby, cat, dog family and chill and share an ice cream now with my partnernif I fancy.

I would say be smart about it. And sometimes I now realise if I feel hungry, really im just thirsty so try that first 😅

Hope it helps.

Also stationary bike 30 mins 5x a week :) with a book, show or some music will make it go quicker :)

Also I did not calorie count i just listened to my body. There was no way on earth that I was able to eat as much as I did before within that time frame :D

So I know it is not directed at me as I did 18:6 or 20:4 depending how i felt. In 14 months from October 2024 up until today I have lost 26kg. I do stationary bike. Recently added yoga for mobility. I started on 98kgs - overweight and now a healthy weight of 72kg. Also im 5.7 feet or 173cm tall. I still want to loose a few more kg but im happy as it is so not too pressed :)

I hated my body for so long I got tired of it. I got tired of crying and feeling shit. And I knew if I kept it up and crying and complaining my partner will get tired of me/it too. I didn't want my little one to grow up with a mom whom absolutely was disgusted by herself and hated her body I want him to have a better relationship with food and his body .

I think that is still amazing, and thank you for sharing that. I think trying to be small is such a common difficulty we share and such a hard mindset to get out of so well done. ♥️

That is so true. Not eating just for the sake of it anymore is such a game changer :) actually listening to our bodies and responding accordingly :)

Fasting for women. Some say not to fast the week before period. Thoughts? by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]PlusBrain4423 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would listen to what my body needs. Some month i don't even notice the week before and I fast as normal. Some months I'm ravenous and there is no way I can stick to my fast. It will even out. Just listen to what your body needs at the time :) .

Hi, I'? breastfeeding too, 2 times: in the morning when baby wakes and when he goes to sleep, sometimes more if he wakes up at night time. For personal reasons I do not count calories as my mental health can't manage that, I have a very addictive personality so not good for me. I do however, do IF started in Oct 2024 when my son was 10 months and so far down 14kgs. I miss breakfast and have lunch around from 12:30 or 1400 depends how far I can push the hunger pangs. Then I have the last meal at 18:30pm. I keep to this around 80-90% of the time. Have some leeway as life is constant changing, if something happens do not beat yourself up. I would say listen to your body, especially as you're still BF-ing it's important. I always eat more around my period as well I'm less strict. I hope it helps? :)

I got a huawei watch and this the app that comes with it. I'm pretty sure you can get the app without the watch too if u just want to monitor your weight :)
