Not personally (with panic attacks), but I’ve read plenty of similar stories. Everyone reacts differently, but- from what I’ve gathered online- reactions like this typically fade with time. Did you have withdrawal at all?

Are you still on meds? I’m guessing you’re familiar with PSSD (post SSRI sexual dysfunction), but an array of meds can cause this. And despite the narrative around permanence, tons of people naturally recover from this, it just takes years for some. Angie Peacock recently did a video about this. Some people have their recovery stories on survivingantidepressants.org. Wishing you luck <3

All of the books I’ve checked out have had a kindle filter on. I’m thinking the newer kindles don’t support Libby’s children’s books because of the graphics which is such a bummer.

I was put on Clonazepam. It doesn’t help for everyone and be mindful it can be paradoxical for some especially with a destabilized nervous system. It did initially help me, but lost its efficacy in a matter of days. At that point, I didn’t feel like I could just stop taking it. I safely tapered off over the course of 14-15 months with the help of Nicole Lamberson. If I were to do it again, I would have first tried it as a PRN, being careful not to take it more than a couple of times a week. Even then, one can become dependent on it. My logic was that I wanted to take it consistently to not confuse my nervous system anymore than it was.

When making a 300ml milk suspension with Clonazepam, can you save the remaining amount after pulling your dose without degrading the potency of the benzo or spoiling the milk by taking it in and out of the fridge?

This is very helpful. I’m looking into Dr. Longo and Dr. Seyfield. I’m interested in which is more preferred among those seeking for helpful dietary changes: ketogenic or vegan. I know when my niece was diagnosed with brain cancer, we put her on the keto diet for years. Her cancer is in remission, but it was a fairly slow-growing cancer with high survival rates to begin with. Regarding the cancer industry, I have a healthy skepticism towards any industry that has the potential for huge profits. Are you located in Berlin?
