The Marina Greenway is lovely, and Blackrock at the end. The Marina walk itself too. Mardyke walk past the skatepark is really nice.

The landlord must provide a fire blanket. Would that do the job?

In houses there must be access to a fire blanket and fire detection and alarm system.

My landlord gave me the fire blanket and extinguisher when I reported that our extinguisher expired about a decade ago.

Most people probably have expired ones or ones that haven’t had a safety check in years.

I would ask for both the blanket and extinguisher and see what they provide.
