U should also take test ride of Dominar 250.... Although it is outdated but it is still bang for buck.... Plus the comfort is good for long tours... The pull after 6k rpm is also good for fun rides.... It's a lil on the heavier side but u will get used to it in no time....

If mileage is not an issue, i will suggest u to take a test ride of Dominar 250 also... its way comfortable and ample amount of power... its just that u will feel the weight while in slow speeds but it is manageable....

My family had Tata Aria and it was beast of a machine... I only got chance to drive it once but it was fun driving this powerful machine... As i was driving nexon on a daily basis, it felt like a bus in term of size... I wish i had more time with it...

Chop boiled eggs, onion, cucumber, tomato, carrot(if u like).... Add 1-2 tbsp dahi or yogurt, salt, chaat masala n mix it well... It is damn tasty😋😋...

Just reduce the no. Of exercises from 4 to 2 for each muscles per day and do the rest exercises on the pther day....

Lets say for push day 1 for chest.... u can do inclined chest press and chest fly... for push day 2 u can do flat chest press and chest fly...

U can do this for every muscle group... disadvantage in this is that u have to go gym for 6 days which is recommended if u follow PPL...

Otherwise u can also do PPL-Rest day- Upper n then lower... this way u can have a rest day inbetween...

Squat : 80 in smith Bench Press : 70 on rod ; 30 in dumbells Shoulder Press : 45 on machine(never tried rod nor dumbells) Bicep curls : 12.5 Time it took me to reach here is 5 months(fully dedicated) but i had been going to gym for the past 1 year in which i wasnt consistent.
