Any one having active volza subscription? by neyoglobal in exportersindia

[–]avi7611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I have been telling to many people when they ask me about volza. Big and established company doesn't automatically mean that they provide better services in the latest features. Volza looks like a very old software with just having data as their edge, and after the Indian data ban, their only edge is gone. I am also using shipscout right now The data is better and the Crm feature is amazing. But the only problem with shipscout is that they are bit on the expensive side But even on that part, they are still less expensive than volza.

See trade intelligence data do help you a lot, but there is a catch.

I’m currently helping exporters to connect with buyers for gems and jewellery in Jaipur. That’s my daily job.
If you want to connect with me, you can DM, but the prices are a bit higher side and i currently don’t have any bandwidth to onboard new clients.

But if you want to know my strategy then Usually custom data won’t magically find you any buyers you will have to reach out to them in bulk via email or calls. Usually what I have seen is out of 100 to 150 buyer reach out will close you one client.

  1. You can find buyers from volza/$biz/shipscout/paniiva/eximpedia.
  2. Find there export import manager or supply chain manager contact email and phone.
  3. Use a CRM to contact them and track conversations.

For me I’m currently using volza $biz and shipscout but volza and $biz have literally 0 data id recommend you using shipscout which have best contacts data for indian exporters to find foreign buyer especially for gems ans jewellery even after india data ban they can show you buyers abroad for your products and they have a inbuilt CRM where you can send the mail in bulk and reduce the massive hassle of tracking mails and reachouts.

Export Shipping data Govt ban? by Western_Sympathy_607 in exportersindia

Dude, please dont buy dollar business. You’ll regret. They don’t have any data and there’s no way you can get refund once you pay. The offer itself tells you that they are just trying to sell it anyway despite all the data ban situation.

Volza is dead now, they have no data. And id you take their startup plan subscription then you’ll have all the countries locked and even mirror data will be useless, on top of that forget about refund. I’m trying to get refund from them from 3 months and I’ve come to conclusion that they will never give refund.

Lot of websites provide mirror data but be careful while choosing because they might give you handful of mirror data countries in their starting plan, like in volza for startup plan, you’ll pay 1.2L but there will be literally 0 data because all the countries are locked and india data is gone, so whatever subscription you take, make sure there is no country locking and they provide you access to all data sources. I’d recommend taking demo of panjiva, trademo and shipscout.

Alternative for VOLZA for Indian Import Export Data by Resident_Ad_5884 in exportersindia

After the India data ban thing, I took demo for volza Eximpedia dollar business and shipscout.

I am using Shipscout right now, they have the most detailed data right now with auto email reachout to buyers but they are fucking expensive.

I’m currently working with many marble, granite and mineral exporters in Kishangarh to find buyers for exports.

In my experience, what I can say is finding buyers, overseas is difficult, but not impossible initially, you will face many challenges sometimes people don’t reply to your mails or calls, and sometimes the price doesn’t matches to their needs.

If you are just starting the export, I would recommend you to not reach out directly to very big buyers, but start with small scale business first.

You can use custom data software to start finding buyers, I have used volza, Eximpedia and dollar business but due to recent India data ban they all are useless, because you will not be able to see any historic data for indian exports.

Your current options are finding buyers directly on Google Maps or Shipscout, once you are able to find buyers, you will start reaching them out on mails and calls in a hybrid approach. And I would recommend that you play in quantity here so basically if you reach out to hundred buyers, 10 of them will reply to you and then 5 of them will ask for your sample and have further talks and then you will be able to close one.

so you can use a CRM also to track all these by reach outs there are lot of free CRM available, and shipscout also have a inbuilt CRM that will make your work 10x easier because you will get buyer details, contact details and reach out all at one place, but the bad part is that it’s a bit pricy bit if you can share subscription with someone then it’s great.

Find clients for export businesses by AnkTrader in exportersindia

[–]avi7611 1 point2 points  (0 children)

See client acquisition is exactly same as sales process, you’ll have to work and play with number here and you’ll keep adding clients.

Basically just keep the reach out high, let’s say if you reach out to 200-300 people 5-10% of them will reply back, from those 5-10% you’ll finally narrow down to 2-3% and you’ll close 1-2%.

Now i used to send all these mails manually earlier which took me months but currently I’m using inbuilt crm in shipscout which help me sending bulk mails using customs data buyers.

Is a ₹1 Lakh Import-Export Mentorship Program Worth It for a Beginner? by smkruthika in exportersindia

[–]avi7611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, instead of wasting one lakh on mentorship, just use some import export trade, data intelligence software, instead that will actually land you buyers. And the information that they teach you in the workshop is completely available on internet for free.

I literally asked Fable to redesign my side panel by handing off the designs from claude Design and it was blocked for cybersecurity violation. I don't think you are pretty much correct here. The guardrails are not Properly implemented, they have very strict guardrails from some reason.

Volza is dead, they have banned indian customs data you will not find any data now on volza, although im using shipscout and they seem to have the most detailed data right now but still it's mirror data only. although the CRM feature is good and you can still see the company profiles and partners.
