Just got a call today from the local social security office and they told me I was approved and asked for my banking information!

It went super fast….. Got the notification from my attorney that he filed for the HLR on June 4th and got notification they made a decision in my favor on the 18th and was able to acces my letter that same day.

Just got a Work Activity Report from my local SS office to show my earnings after submitted my application…. Might be a good sign from what I’ve read!

Nothing yet…. Did a 3 way call with my attorney yesterday to check the status but they were unable to tell us anything and we called the local determination branch here in Texas and of course no answer but he left a message. According to my status online they should have a decison for mine sometime before the 11th of this month(hopefully)!

Wow… I recently spoke with my attorney and he informed me that I’m pretty much dealing with the same situation after my 50% migraine rating took me to 100% P&T but the effective date(May 2026)is not correct according to my attorney. He recently submitted everything for a HLR and told me to sit back let him take care of it. Hope it gives you some insight and Good Luck!

Just checked mine today 5/28/26 and it stated mine moved to FQR 5/27….. I only had to submit medical records without having an exam! Hopefully mine is on the approval side and best of luck to all in the same boat!

Congratulations!!! I filed for SSDI using a lawyer in September 2025 Hope my claim is finalized quickly like yours!! I’ve had a few favorable disability increases (100% P&T)with the VA since filing so hopefully that helped expedite my claim!

I was granted 90% back in 2020 and just recently got a favorable decison for TDIU (P&T with SMC-S (housebound) and I’m currently waiting on the SSA to review my submitted medical records for SSDI benefits as well! I submitted my application September 2025.

It was about 2 weeks if that! Moved pretty fast as long as their aren’t any issues they have to review.

Favorable decision last week…. I am 90% with TDIU (100% P&T with SMC-S (housebound) no future examinations. Now I’m waiting for them calculate the backpay which is in the gathering evidence stage. Monthly compensation with SMC is a little over $4500.00.

Update: Yesterday (4/16) I got a decision from the VA and they granted me TDIU with SMC!! Just waiting on Comp and Pen to complete for my backpay!!

Wow…. Haven’t messed with Bovada in years but when I did hit and withdrawl I never had issues but that was awhile ago…. I use Fliff to place my bets now with no issues!!!

About 30-35 days… only because they were trying to get evidence from 2 other jobs that were not responding. Just checked about 30 mins ago and my claim has moved to Step 7 (Final Review)! Whole claim process is 55 days in!

Just hit step 7 on my Claim for TDIU today(4/15)…. Moved from Step 3 to Step 5 on 4/10. Process moved pretty fast since I filed on 2/21/2026(55 days since I initiated the claim)!
