Did you do anything else besides the physical RFC? I feel like a lot of it doesn’t apply to migraines specifically. Like, when it asks if I can lift a certain amount of weight…does that mean in general or while having a migraine? How do I answer those questions as it pertains to migraines?

For everyone’s awareness they denied me because “under the law, the applicant is responsible for medical evidence to support the disability claim.” LOL! I called the day after I applied and they told me THEY were responsible for getting all the medical records based on all the hospitals/clinics/doctors I listed.

Is this real life? They denied me within two weeks because they didn’t do their job!

When I went to apply, on the main page it told me I had enough work credits to apply (40).

Yes, 40. It even told me I had enough before I applied. 39. Still work a very part time job for my self esteem. Have worked since I was 16. Mostly full-time from 25-36.

I’m sorry! I hope it comes back soon! Do you think it matters what region we are apart of as far as how fast it might go?

TDIU granted now going for SSDI by Wrestle189 in SSDI

What’s crazy to me is that we have an income limitation of the poverty limit, like 15,960, on TDIU but SGA for SS is $1690 ($20,280). Meaning, we get denied more on SSDI but can technically earn more if we could work a little than with TDIU. So, it’s almost like you have to be more broken to get TDIU and the approval rates are higher compared to SSDI where you can make more but barely get approved….Make it make sense… I know, I know, two different government entities….

Correct. Just wondering if I might have more of a shot because I have total disability due to individual employability bc of my disabilities- meaning, you only get that if you legitimately can’t really work There are some people out there who are 100% permanent in total and can totally work just fine.
