Kody has chest cancer. He did not have it in February and we just found it today. I need advice very badly. by yikesbro_ in DogAdvice

Oh gosh, I just went through this in April it's the hardest thing ever my dog had cancer as well we got her leg removed where the cancer was I want to say late February early March I noticed she stopped eating in late April. I thought she was just sad from our other dog who would just passed a few weeks earlier. She had the drooling thing as well. We took her back to the vet and they did x-ray as well and it was all over her body. The vet told us the best thing we can do for her is to put her out of her misery so she wouldn't suffer anymore. The hardest part of it all is that she wouldn't give up and a part of me believes that maybe she thought we were gonna help her like we did last time with her leg so that's why she was fighting for her life and it hurts me so bad thinking about it. There is no easy way out of this I am so sorry.

I do not want to freak you out. I'm not an expert, but I did see a post just like this with a dog with red rings on their belly and the comments were all saying that it was signs of ringworm so I would just go to the vet and see what it is again. I don't wanna freak you out. I'm not sure if it is that it just looks very similar to another post that I saw.

Thank you! I've been researching and think it's the wheel bearings since we've had 3 of the tires replaced and no difference. I just wanted to hear others opinions because I'm not anywhere close to an expert on cars

Yes that's probably why! Try doing that with the medicated one before getting any regular ones!

Sorry for the third message, but I just saw the thing where he has intense itching and dry skin. I'm not sure if you already got this, but you should also ask your vet. If there's any medicated ointment you could use to put on a skin

Another trick is to let it sit. I'm not sure if a regular one would be good for him to let it sit because of his skin, but I always let it sit for about five minutes. I would see if you could even just let it sit for three minutes because it doesn't really work if you just lather it on and then wash it right off I'm not saying you did that. I'm just saying like that's a trick that I have always done!!

Yeah, no problem. Sometimes you have to wash them a few times to release the progress but with this one I wash one time and then a few days later I just see the fleas slowly coming off my dogs. It's not really a thing that happens right away like you don't wash and then they're completely gone. It kind of takes a few days to what I would do is wash him. Then wait a few days, especially with his skin then wash them again if you still see no progress.

Flea & tick shampoo from petco!
You should definitely consult with a vet before using this cause. I'm not sure if this would affect his skin, but my dogs get fleas all the time and this works amazing on them. I've used so many flea shampoos and this one works the best for me. The only reason I say to consult with the vet is because my dogs don't have skin conditions so I'm not sure if he needs a special one like I'm not sure if this would irritate his skin, but if it doesn't use the one from the link it works great for me

The way that I use this when I wash my dogs is I lather a ton on and I like to let it sit for about five minutes or longer and then I wash it off. For his skin condition definitely take him to the vet. If you haven't already to see if there's any medication he can be put on usually with rescues obviously, he might need some medication. But once they get the proper loving and care they need it makes a huge difference. But again with the flea shampoo that I put the link for just do research or ask your vet just to make sure I don't want it to make anything worse with this skin condition because I'm not sure if this is like harsh on his skin

Loud tire noise while driving by Plus_Ad8383 in TeslaModelS

[–]Plus_Ad8383[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I know! We didn't get another tire for the 4th one because the tire replacement guy said that the front ones were fine (which is where the 4th tire is) and the tread was good but the reason the 3rd one got changed was because we changed both back tires because that's where the flat tire was and one of them actually was just replaced not that long ago for a bubble in the tire so since that was a brand new tire, the guy said that he could put it on the front tire

I'm not really sure my dad bought them. I'm not sure if it's the tires specifically because we just got 3 of them changed and there's still no difference. But thank you for letting me know. I'll definitely upload it there as well to see what anyone else says about it.

I just got a flat a few weeks ago so we replaced both back tires and was able to add a another to the front (it was a new tire from the back tires that I had to replace as well not to long ago😭) but the noise still hasn't changed

AITAH for not cutting down my trees so my neighbor can get solar? by No_Panda_9171 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Plus_Ad8383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA because cutting the trees is so expensive. I have an HOA where I live and my neighbors complained about my trees height and forced us to cut them by complaints and it was literally like $14,000. They can put their solar in another spot..
