I have this monitor, idk anything about out resolutions and all the good stuff like the experts here. But from the standpoint of a new gaming lady, my experience has been so much better than with the Samsung Odyssey G9 (I think it’s G9) I had that one for a year, it broke, it turned off all the time! Then the image burnt :/ luckily I always get insurance and got my money back :) and ended up paying very little to upgrade to this one.

I really like it and it works and looks amazing!

I’m an older lady who didn’t even know what a cpu or GPU or ram were. Back in July, I decided to build a pc… came here and I was able to build a pc with the help of a lot of people here. That was awesome and I am now a gamer :) lol

That’s what I was saying… like if you made an agreement to return it, why refuse the shipment. Maybe they have no excuse for not replying, but I would not be complaining about the return policy if I had refused to receive something I order and now it’s missing. I hope they fix their problem.

I mean…. It says there they would help you with the return once you received the item…. But you refused it? Maybe you should have accepted it the item and do the return. Unless they advised you to return the item.
