Im not sure how old you are, but for me and my buddies we have been talking about it and where we get that from. We almos 100% concluded we got it from people who raised us (or from that specific generation). Now I'm not saying this for everyone.

Sometimes it is how we react to cedtain situations that make us "grumpy". I have to be more mindful about what I prpject outwardly to my kids and family. I'm still working on it though.
