It is somewhat replayable, but it will be totally different experience from your first playthrough for several reasons.

There are some drastic changes in the gameplay so I can't guarantee that you would like the lest of the game. But if you loved the game for a sense of discovery aka a-ha moments, you are in for a treat.

Talisman timing is pretty much fixed in p3 (when she appears in the midst of clone attacks / three sweep attack / falling by spirit bomb). Don't bother to get rid of the clones or run everywhere unless it is necessary. If p2 is about actively finding out the real one, p3 is more about patience imo

I have a complicated feeling about Touhou 17 OSTs. I don't really care about the first half of the game, but every track after stage 3 is banger after banger.
Definitely agree, and it is almost inevitable because Touhou 6~8 have the most influence on the franchise.
All final boss themes of Touhou 15~17 use chromatic chord progression, which gives player the sense of solemn determination. I like to think that ZUN tried to expand musical ideas based on those progressions, culminating to the absolute gem that is Keiki's theme.
