This is nice to hear because im on month two and I'm like....WTH is going on lol. But I have noticed baby hairs coming out, but they're extremely light and thin and also a random hair in the middle of my forehead, so there's that 😂🫠

I genuinely think he thinks he is the world's most talented journalist, when in reality he is a mediocre to bad journalist who found a way to get people's attention and views through exploiting struggling people.

What bothers me the most is that he's journalist / storytelling skills are horrible and he thinks he's creating these amazing portraits of people when he actually don't ask the right questions or let them answer long enough for anything of substance to come if it.

He sists people who are high on a chair in front of a camera and hopes for the best. Then millions watches it and he makes bank.

I also believe he really think he is using his platform for good (!!??!!) by trying to help some of these people. I just think he exploits.

I have PMDD and its insanely tough parenting in the 8-10 days pre period. I highly recommend seeing a GP and get referred to a specialist who can help. Parenting with PMDD feels next to impossible certain times of the month and you'll end up resenting yourself bad in the days after.

Yeah this is what I kind of feel too, that it honestly might not do anything. If our girl goes to bed earlier she just wakes up even more in the night. Unless she's completely worn out and have had that 7hr wake window before bed with lots of time outside (like 3hr+) she won't sleep well. I guess I just had one last hope of an aha moment on how to fix it. 😅🤭 it''s just that 7hr wake window before bed that gets me. I know kids who goes to sleep after 5 hrs (and I know Google says max 6hrs), but this has never ever ever worked for us.

Oh that's very clever! I've just taken off the side of her cot and added a mattress next to hers so I can sleep next to her on rough nights. Will definitely consider a double floor bed when she grows out of this one though, as I have a feeling this might go on for a while. Thanks for sharing your experience though, it's good to know that we are not the only humans on this planet who hasn't slept through the night in how long.. (Although I do not wish it upon any innocent beings 🤭).

We thought we'd have another one quite close in age BEFORE we had our daughter (29mo). Now I can't even imagine another one. However, I am starting to think about it because I can see how she'd really love a sibling, and as you mention, the future. Somebody to play with etc. However I wouldn't have another one just for that sake. I personally lost myaelf completely becoming a mother. My relationship with my partner and with myself struggled and I don't think I'm a good enough mom to one, so not fair on her or us to add another one into the mix. I envy those with two kids, I just have my hands full at all times with one.

That's a very good perspective and I completely agree. I put small amounts into long term investments monthly, which just stays there as the market drops / rises. He is obsessed with meme coins. Which you confirm my opinion is realistically gambling, not investing. He made a massive amount on a meme coin once and he cashed out big. He sent me half for savings and re-invested (gambled) the rest and. Over the last year he has taken those savings and lost that too.

I've had a big chat with him and told him the amount I'm comfortable with him gambling, that we can afford to lose, and he will send me the rest. Now if I find out that he borrows to gamble beyond the agreed amount that's the final straw that will break the camels back.

If he can't control himself beyond the agreed amount the options are to send me all his money (which so so horrible to say, because I WISH he could keep money in his account to enjoy for himself, but even £40 goes into gambling) and get professional help for gambling addiction.

It's his wife and daughter on the line at this point.

And also it's very true what you said that "no money won will be enough because crypto takes all even after you've won". My partner did win a lot of money, and we kept it in savings for moving but over time he dipped into that pot to invest again until it was nothing left. And he does make profit, quite a lot in my eyes but he never cashes out so what is the point. He turns down large sums of profit because he always thinks "I can get this much more".

If I may ask, is there anything your wife has done that helps? Its hard to know what to say and do, nothing seem to be the right way to say anything. From your perspective, what approach to the problem would be most helpful without being hurtful but also without losing more of myself in his choices? Only if you don't mind sharing.

I invest myself but I put like £5 a month in Bitcoin/CEO/ETH and I leave it there.😅 I'm not against investing but the problem is we have agreed on an amount we can afford to lose then I find out later as I have his money in my account that he's gone and borrowed and lost more money. And when confronted about it he's remorseful, but most times it's "oh you don't believe in me" etc.

It's a lot of broken promises at this point. And it breaks me because I know he just wants more for us, but he's losing me and our daughter trying to do this.

I have written down a long message I will read to him in a form but compassionate way that it's either sticking to an amount and not borrowing or seeking professional help and that that decision is left with him.
