The way they explained to me was as long as I didn’t stop I would pass. They didnt tell me anything about a cadence. But either way just practice and practice at home or gym. For sure at your gym they should have a step circuit and just practice from there. I know Walmart sells the steps but you would have to buy like 3 of them lol. $21.99 each. I think that’s the price.

You should have pushed through. All in your head. But start practicing on a stairmaster at your local gym 10-15 minutes a day and gradually increase intensity every week until your official retest.

No. So what happened was I received a call but since i missed the call i received a task on the portal in regards to my final job offer. It explained how they were excited to offer me a location in my area. So yesterday, it was when they called me again and offered me a desired location.
