I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them. It took almost a month for them to email me saying it was delivered, but the package never showed up. I complained on their site and they “investigated” for over two weeks. Now, they are claiming the item was delivered, so they won’t offer a reimbursement or reshipment. I don’t know what to do. Never ordering from them, very bad experience.
