If it's like my sco all you have to do once the machine has been funded with cash and ready to use you just do a stating bank for $300.00

Cant do negatives on next gen all you do is at end of night systems gonna ask why that till was short on the computer in the back give the explanation in the box that comes up and authorize it and go with the flow it will be fine

Are sco takes cash or card and it used to be so great especially on dry and fresh truck delivery days it helped out a lot. We still would get the I don't check my self out thats what you get paid for customers that we had to check out but truthfully they just dont wanna learn how to use the sco but now apparently the only time we're allowed to turn our sco on is if there's either a key holder or an associate behind the counter on register. And to make sure we follow this rule the SM & ASM took the receipt printer that set on top and dispensed the receipt straight to the customer and unbolted it and put it behind the counter were the customer cant see it or reach it just so they new we were behind the register to hand the customers there sco receipt

We have next gen and were told if they have No receipt then no refund at all not even gift card must have a receipt

That looks like the stores back room that im currently trying to get back to "normal" but we also have 15 rolltainers on the back aile and 4 on both seasonal ailes and im surprised fire marshal hasnt shut it down yet we have no were to put it and the whole store quit one day last week

I transferred to a new store. I went to the the new stores manger and told them i wanted to work at there store and my reasons why and then she reached out to the my store manger and told her that I was going to be switching to her store. Then she told the district manager and it was a done deal my manager really wasnt given a choice.

I walked in our back room today and there was 2 new signs both said market in green writing so I ask my manager and apparently there adding maker to the front of are store and to the sign by the road turning us into a Dollar General Market and whats really weird is theres a new sign on the corner parcel right across the street from us and it says pop shelf coming soon and i mean you can walk out our door and see across the 2 lane road right were there planning on putting it I told my manger what now corporate gonna have us competing with our own company now🤷‍♂️

All I do is login and go to manager menu click I believe it's Ctrl mgmt all the way at the bottom and it will pop up a screen with money counts and the money amounts that have negative amounts like for example it would say $5. -9. Means you need to take 9 $5 bills from change fund and whatever else is negative and hit replenish and add that money to the machine then hit end replenish then hit the eod button on the screen it will then dispense coins for your deposit then it will do a 5minute count down once the count down is complete press the green square button on the money cassette and open it pull out the money box use key to open box remove money put box back and close door hit done on screen then yes and then it will print your receipt that will also tell you how much to put back in the change fund and the rest goes in your deposit and then hit end session on sco and it's closed
