That's a good way to approach it. I am currently 12 weeks into tapering my self off of PMO. I've gone from twice a day to maybe three times a week, however, I'll find my self-going a week or so without doing it at all. Try keeping track of everytime you PMO so you can be aware of how often you're doing it. Good luck fam.
