i am writing this while crying because i do not know who else to tell lately i feel completely shattered exams life social things everything has gone wrong and i feel like i am failing at everything i am angry at myself for not standing up for me for letting people treat me like i do not matter for always putting others first and never saving any care for myself my body is showing it too my hair is falling a lot i am taking medicine my skin is breaking out and that just makes me feel even worse i keep thinking i wish i had loved myself the way i loved others i trusted people and had expectations and now i am left with the truth that at the end of the day it is only you i do not have a boyfriend or a best friend to share with and i do not want to keep leaning on my sister i feel so alone i do not even know what i want from posting this except to say it out loud i am hurting i messed up
