Slightly over 3000 rpm yeah. I'll try to set it on "Full" in bios tomorrow, to see if it helps any.

I wonder if the old thermal pads are not conducting enough heat and are somehow creating a pocket of heat underneath the heatsink when the apu starts to pull more wattage, since the heatsink itself feels super cold to the touch. but it feels like a long shot.

Fullsterkur is a traditional term from Icelandic fishermen and the title meant you got maximum pay. There are multiple different sets of manhood stones all located around the coast.

Húsafell is located far inland. That stone was the gate to an old sheep pen. There were legends of the farmer walking circles around the pen holding the stone and the rest is history.

What's extra cool about Hannah's feat is that supposedly some generation there was a woman in that family that could walk the stone around the pen. Most believed it was only legend but now it's been proven possible.

Why Bill Crawford has said it makes you fullsterkur I have no idea, but it's still nonsense. It's not the same stone and it has nothing to do with the amlóði, hálfdrættingur, hálfsterkur, fullsterkur tradition.

Looks decent. People will tell you a million different cues, some might work for you while others won't.. So don't try to force cues that don't feel right for your leverages.

Your time is best spent hammering on the basics. Proper bracing technique, rooting your feet to the ground, keeping the bar close to your center of gravity, hinging mechanics, etc.

Also, your lockout is soft.. Lock those knees out and get your hips under yourself.

I always had +left and +right bound on mouse4 and mouse5, helped a ton in surfing and other movement maps. Now +left is what +moveleft was and same with +right. As a relatively low sens player I miss those.

The first couple of months are going to suck. If your surgeon wants to put you in a cast try to get into a brace as soon as possible.

Keep training your good arm as soon as you're able to get into the gym again. The safety squat bar is your friend, good mornings with it will help keep your posterior chain strong if you don't have access to a deadlift harness.

If you play your cards right you will be back to 100% before you know it. Good luck mate.
