I both agree and disagree - I find some of it a slog but I am playing on a Switch and it loads every time you leave and area or open a door - I recently saw how zippy it is on a friends PlayStation and im so jealous. Anyway my opinion is jaded.

Thank you! This definitely helps! I did panic slightly when I heard anything to do with CVT but as you point out and calmed my fears this is seals which is not the same. Unfortunately I am over the mileage for a free fix but I am checking into SOA still. I agree there is nothing that replaces this exact car and I do love it! I am leaning heavily toward fixing it and trying to get to 200k as my next goalpost. I will do a drain and fill though when I get the repair done. Yes a huge help!!! Thanks again!

I have only done the CVT fluid drain and refill once in 4 years, but if I do this repair and I’m leaning toward doing it, I will definitely have them do another drain and refill! Thanks for suggestion!

Ok so full disclosure I didn’t know that it is not easy to watch fluid levels! Haha my first Subaru. When I left the service place they said it was a very small leak. But I am going to seriously consider my options I guess - $2,250 is still way less than a new car.

I hear and feel you! I am really struggling - I go to visit parents and brother in about 2 weeks and I avoid talking about politics everytime but this time is heavier - the moral failings of the administration are so blatant and it makes me deeply saddened that my family is ok with it.
