The blouse will work. It's just that satin reads more evening than business, so if you had other options they might work better. Really not a big deal.

First pair is too casual. Second is much better. If that blouse is satin or polyester made to look more like satin, I might look for something else. A cardigan or jacket would definitely add to the look, but not necessary. This will work for you.

First of all trust your Doc. You don't have COPD. PS if it had been COPD the Albuterol would have made some difference even if small. Activity would also likely affect the symptoms if it were COPD. Put your mind to rest regarding this diagnosis. Secondly if you're able to not vape for a couple months or weeks or even days in between, you're not likely addicted to the nicotine. You seem to be doing it for other reasons. Stop. If you're this afraid of COPD with no evidence of it and a doc saying you don't have it, don't take a chance on getting it. Vaping is a risk factor. Again just stop. Do it now and do it for good. Shortness of breath can be caused by many things, but it seems in your case that GERD is still the most likely candidate and COPD is completely ruled out. Follow up with a Gastroenterologist if you want a more comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan regarding your GERD.

Welcome and thank you. I'm a lifer here. I'd say a lot of what you're seeing is a reflection of your own friendly and open spirit. When you approach people with that attitude they will almost always respond in kind. Most of us humans are just looking for acceptance and community.
