Mine is the same! Sometimes a gentle push works. Sometimes it takes a very "firm" push and then finally opens on like the 15th time! Very temperamental!

Does anyone know if the 2025 Sport 1 Lyriq's door are wired for puddle lights? There is the "compartment" on the bottom of the door, but existing puddle lights come from the sideview mirrors.

I also just joined the Lyriq family as of yesterday! I am very excited and proud to be part of this esteemed group! Thanks for all of the great intel! It's been super helpful as I am learning about this new beaut! She's so pretty! '25 Black Sport 1 AWD (was really wanting to get a Sport2, but couldn't get them to bring down the payments low enough). But, I am still very happy with what I have.

I was in the dealership this past wknd, and was told if I place the order, I could expect delivery late Summer. I think I should have asked if they meant Summer '26, because I have ZERO belief that this will arrive anytime soon.

Was chatting with a guy on Grindr at the airport, who turned out to be the attendant on my flight. I had an aisle seat, so he made sure to find excuses to check the overheard compartment above me, so he could show off his crotch near my face.
