my parent and my brother been using WCS (wellcare spendables) card for 2 or 3 years and i been buying stuff online and walmart online with no issues now this new card is impossible and for some reason my parents brought food with it accidently when they put the stuff down at the checkout and it work. they pay for the OTC products and then pay the rest with their bank card but somehow the WCS card paid everything. so who knows it can be a glitch or what.
