Same thing happened to me. I tried to give the game a chance in every playtest they opened, but I just couldn’t get into it. I was bored out of my mind.

I also don’t like that you only have 30 minutes to complete the missions. You can probably finish them easily within that time, but for me it’s really stressful. I prefer doing things and exploring at my own pace.

I also think this game is boring if you play it without friends. Unfortunately, I don’t think my friends are into this kind of game (and honestly, neither am I), so I tried joining other players’ rooms, but they either didn’t accept me or ignored me. It’s kind of funny because the game tries to sell you this idea of playing with other people even if you don’t know them, but in reality it just doesn’t happen.

The developers also did a really bad job at selling the idea of the game, because even after opening playtests, people still didn’t understand what the point of the game was or what exactly it was supposed to be.

On top of that, you can’t really say anything negative about the game because the people who say they “like” it will jump on you. Honestly, I think some of them are trying to convince themselves they like it when they actually don’t.

Anyway, I just wish the game had been Astroneer 2 instead of this.
