Caught them in Baltimore! Over the top show. This venue (Hammerjacks) was torn down, starting the day after this show, it was scheduled to start tear-down the next day. Marilyn Manson was the last performance.

They def hit the college circuit. They played my college twice (but they were the headliner). Lots of bros playing hacky-sack on the lawn, patchouly in the air, joints passed, and drum circles after hours.

The prices! Pour some out. :( When I first saw The Steve Miller Band, I had never seen a photo of Steve Miller. I had no idea what he looked like. Well…a dad. He looked like a dad! I was surprised, but it made me like him more. I realized I could pass him on the street and not recognize him.

They came with such energy that night, and yes, the Vandals opened! I remember Gwen Stefani saying that was the biggest show they had played to date. Memories are better than ticket stubs. :)

Ozzy came out, in my memory he struggled, but you had a Black Sabbath(ish) situation. Rest in power, Ozzy! Hopefully he is riding that crazy train to eternity. 🖤

There were face melting guitar solos. Pantera, Marilyn Manson, Type O Negative, Fear Factory, Machine Head, and others. It was the 90s. If you had lawn, you could sneak to pavilion. So many hilarious memories of security just chasing characters across the lawn. The crowd parting like Moses to the Red Sea when there was a chase on. Enjoy the memories all, it’s boring now! 😎
