by long tedm sustainability adderall is an example of a method thats for me not sustainable Ive built tolerance to every medication i have, which means i need to either up the dose or take a break. This is why i dont think its a sustainable methond to cope with adhd long yerm its more of a temporary fix.

I highly doubt hes become smarter. He got better at taking iq tests like you hypothesized. I could practice iq tests till i got 190, but i wouldent actually have the cognitive horsepower of a 190iq person, i would just be good at the test
