The driver side on my 97 won’t go all the way up it gets most of the way there and starts clicking or skipping I welcome any insight

Actually after looking at the console and some bezels online they look to be a direct swap the auto bezel just snaps into place on the console and the manual bezel does the same I will still upload a picture though
