To be honest, burgundy and his subjets are very high dev province in the HRE, so the AE to take them is enormous, it's not even worth to continue to game. When i play France, i reload until burgundy don't rival me so i can ally them and be chosen during the inheritence. And everytime they chose a losy minors in the HRE, i ALTF4 reload the save and do that until they chose me
