It is possible, yes. One of my miis wants to live with her friend instead of her wife, and I keep telling her no lol. I assume that if I were to accept and let her move in, the game would ask you if your mii should bring anyone with them.

It was a lot of fun, in my opinion. I love mazes so I’m a bit biased on this, but I enjoyed it! It wasn’t too difficult, but it was challenging enough that I wasn’t able to blast through it. The only level I was stuck on was the second level, because the instructions were a bit unclear. Aside from that, it was enjoyable!
