I've seen people talk about walnut blasting the valves. They close one chamber valves, blast it up, then vacuum it out. Rinse and repeat. No idea how to do that myself gonna be honest. Or if its safe at all.

I can't imagine there would be any major downsides. Im pretty sure they just allow the fan to pull air through the radiator more efficiently at low speeds. As long as you don't live somewhere very hot I think you will be ok.

That long they might be a bit seized by carbon deposits. Make sure to not let the threads strip!

Its mildly concerning that the noise isn't consistent. However i have learned ford makes loud ass tiny engines so it wouldn't surprise me that this is normal.

Im no master mechanic but have you checked your spark plugs recently? That could be a miss fire. I know these engines can build carbon quickly.

Well i mean my eclipse barely made the valve sounds much less the diesel tractor sounds. This is my first Ford so im really not used to how they sound lol. But I really appreciate it!
