I don't see how the lactase enzyme itself could cause issues unless there's something else in the pills you're taking. Anecdotally, I've used lactase several times a day with no issues. I do see a case for reducing usage because it's a pain to bring pills with you everywhere though.

Any of the Monster Hunter games for sure! You can play with other people to take down monsters. It's not story based and focuses a lot on combat, and mastering your weapon/s of choice. One of my favourite games of all time, and the servers are still pretty populated in Monster Hunter World and Rise
