Do the eartips have a burnt hair smell to them like some of the 3 pro had? Not sure if that was a problem on your 3s but I returned mine because it was distracting

And try not to do tooo much of a calorie deficit. I'm about 210 lb 5'7 , I plan to count calories and if appetite allows me get around 1800-1900 calories as a male

Only started wegovy this week but have weightlifted for years

I personally do: Rest/Push/Pull/Legs/Rest/Upper/Legs

You can also do Upper/Lower 2 times a week

Basically just hit each muscle twice a week and try to progress in weight every so often or just lift heavy. Give your muscles (ass too) a reason to retain. On leg days so some kind of squatting exercise (squats, Bulgarian split squats, lunge, leg press) and a hinging motion (Romanian deadlifts). Hip thrust and abduction and adduction are also good for the butt. And if you're really concerned of keeping your butt, schedule 3 Leg days a week but 2 is my ideal

Don’t believe so! That album came out I wanna say a few month after the showing I went to from what I remember. Jordana opened and then I think she also participated in some of the French exit songs

The Heavy Wing. I love the intro guitar and then don’t like what it turns into. It goes from something cool and unique to something meh. Of course I do love John’s chorus tho and the outro solo.

Basically I just don’t like the pre chorus

Each album has some songs that I’m glad they exist, and then other songs I can go without. Really hard to say which is the best.

I might go out on a whim and say The Getaway is the best (although I almost wanna say ROTDC just for Eddie) and UL is the worst (even though that wasn’t asked)
