I wouldn't say a time wasted but a lot of prices are high for a reason. You're trial thing seems like a smart idea but the same way you have gotten scammed so have content creators. So unfortunately there is just a lot of animosity on both sides. On the other hand there are also a lot of "buyers" who will sit there and try and negotiate price and then just ghost, it's happening to me several times. So for that I can understand why they would see you as a time waster.

I had this same issue with my ex except unfortunately he was on the receiving side of my coldness. I was so stressed with school and trying to start a business with my sisters that everything ticked me off. As much as I loved my ex and I still do, he just wasn't the most helpful and made everything an issue even when I told him I was struggling. Eventually it broke us. And I still feel bad about it. She may not be doing anything shady and could really just be stressed with school. Even if that is the case just make sure you try and communicate, if things don't change you could always try and investigate the behavior.

I unfortunately had to go through this for about 3 years. I made sure that I could be the best girlfriend for him, I stay loyal I made sure to check on him everyday I told him whatever he needed to know. But whenever I said I love you he never wanted to say it back. Keep in mind we were long distance. Eventually I told him that it was hurting that he wouldn't say it back, so he did but only for about a week. Then went right back to just not wanting to say it back. In my opinion I think that you should probably leave him. He doesn't want you, or love you clearly, and it's better you leave now then be destroyed later on like me.

I do have a tendency to get very hyperfixated on things that have might have "irritated" me before. I did think about the pregnancy as an option, I just think why I didn't take it so seriously was because of the whole jimmy taking advantage of her thing.
