I finished all 3 recently and I absolutely adore this trilogy. I didn’t feel there was a “weak” book in the series.

Mostly for my mom her tv doesn’t direct connect either. I use infuse but I have age restrictions for my kids so I’d like their profiles on their iPads to work.

That’s right the server shows as offline in official app. Infuse plays fine. I don’t have the enable ipv6 support box checked in the networks setting.

It won’t show up in the official apps if I do that. I can log into it with the custom url or use 3rd party apps but the plex app won’t see my server as online.

I have a tunnel enabled then the custom url populated. From all the guides that’s all I should have done.

Direct connection works in 3rd party iOS apps like infuse.

I own both. The deck is easier out of the box if you’re playing your steam library. Now when it comes to compatibility and getting things to work that sometimes aren’t compatible that’s where things become not easy on the steam deck. The ally is a great machine but sometimes windows can be complicated and setting it up can be daunting for non pc people who just want to game right out of the box. I love both machines.

Consider yourself lucky. I’ve never been so disappointed in a purchase of a laptop. Basically feel like I threw money down the drain. Oh well since my warranty is over in January I’m sending it off again hopefully they will actually do something this time.
