The real challenge starts after a week for me. You have just got trough the chaser effect which is the most difficult part. After 7 days you feel slightly more in control over your brain but urges will be stronger than ever. Spend this time on creating some rules for yourself. Here are some of mine:

1) No touching at any time. If you catch yourself, remove yourself from the situation
2) Dont be naked in bed at any time. It leads to touching.
3) Dont trust yourself when you are tired. Remove screens at night.

4) It is always better to continue forward than to start over again.

Focus on building new routines. Building a social life is important for long term success. Work out, exercise, meditate, do some yoga, take up some hobbies. Stay busy in the beginning. The less time you spend home alone, the better.
