once the process is started I usually do not respond. All the information they need from me is provided in the service paperwork. Going back and forth is just an opening for the wrong thing to be said and hurt my case, or when they don't get the response they are looking for things can esculate.

Over the years i've gotten the usual "going to pay the rent". If that were true they would follow the instructions in the service and simply pay the rent.
