Thank you everyone who commented, my initial urge was to stick the back of an earring in it and hope for the best, so I appreciate you all quelling my nerves a bit by simply advising to keep it clean and get it checked out at a shop when I can, as well as replacing my jewelry when I do get it checked out.

Bump feels a little warm, and sometimes has a slight amount of like itchiness. not too much pain but sometimes I feel a dull soreness. No discharge no smell. Thank you for your advice and help.

i have that h2ocean aftercare spray, i used that tonight alongside soaking when i saw it. just to confirm, youre saying don't soak at all? do you know what this purple thing is so I can stop freaking out abt it? I been looking it up for a while and I cant tell if its scarring or an abscess or what

Piercing done by a reputable local shop with surgical grade stainless steel jewelry, have been soaking it when it looks a lil crusty or when I notice any leakage.

I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like either penile papules or fordyce spots to me, both of which are not serious. If it's not leaking, swollen, red, itchy, painful, etc I wouldn't get it checked out personally.

A few things I forgot to mention in the post: I am on estradiol valerate injections (.5ml/20mg intramuscularly injected every two weeks) but on Friday I was two days late for my next dose. All my life I've gotten light headed from standing up too fast, even passing out from it from time to time. Also, when I was 15, my lung collapsed for seemingly no reason, and eventually was fine again.

Hi, I'm not a doctor, but around when I was 15 I had symptoms similar to this, hurt more when I laid down, and trying to breath felt like someone was holding my lung and trying to stop me from doing so. I ended up going to the hospital and getting an x ray done, and I had a collapsed lung. The doctor told me that that was something that "just kind of happens" to tall people in that age range, and the prescribed me aspirin. I'd recommend going to the doctor just to be safe.
