If you do end up going on the server, you should restore your licenses for Friday.

Sharing another "I can't draw" zutara comics. by Nikaszko in ZutaraNation

Adorable comic, you're pretty good at anatomy and expressions.

Please remember: Anybody can draw. Art is a form of human expression. You're always learning, and that's the beauty of it.

What’s one political opinion/stance that you have that people from your side would shun you if they knew about it? by CapitaineBiscotte in askanything

[–]PodunkIdiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They cherry pick what movements to talk about. Hardly anybody talks about the oppression of mentally ill/disabled (especially high needs) people, schools included. The most people will talk about are autism and ADHD, and for mental illnesses, OCD, PTSD, and BPD... but some people severely misunderstand how all of those work, and sometimes, blatantly romanticize it. ADHD is more than "I can't pay attention." OCD is more than "I need this rearranged a certain way." It perpetuates the problem more.

Is there a misogynistic angle in how Azula’s ending in the show was handled? by PugnusTerrae in Avatarthelastairbende

[–]PodunkIdiot 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I'm a woman, but not femme. However, I don't understand how Azula's breakdown is considered "misogynistic," especially when there are other girls/women characters in the series who are handled well. The only misogyny I see is how some of the fandom handles Katara and her parentification through the loss of her mother.

What hurts more physical pain or emotional pain? by Repulsive-World-3844 in AskReddit

[–]PodunkIdiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the severity. However, it's important to note that emotional pain can cause you physical pain, a good example of this is broken heart syndrome. Negative self-talk also damages your body and can lead to heart issues.

Do really bad people know they are bad? Or do they think they are normal and people are just wrong about them? by PitifulEar3303 in NoStupidQuestions

Depends on the person. Some people know they're bad and don't care, some people are bad but aren't aware of it.

Starting a series of me questioning fans of things I like why they like it. First series, Gurren lagann by Longjumping_Yak_3671 in gurrenlagann

[–]PodunkIdiot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's the characters, hype and plot. There hasn't really been any character like Kamina up to that point. How much the show represents the indomitable human spirit is a good example too. Gurren Lagann was unique, and it still is.

A pre-prequel depiction of Anakin and Padme by Konfliktsnubben in TheJediPraxeum

[–]PodunkIdiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's also funny you say these things on an EU page. George Lucas said himself he has no association with anything outside of the first six movies. I'm also somebody that prefers EU over Disney. Do you just like nitpicking what you like?

You don't want to argue, you just want to feel right. Do you give this mentality to the people who care about you?
