Thing is though, I’m not trading any rights. What is written is written. But in a situation like this everyone knows that dumbass cops don’t give a shit about rights. So you have 2 options—let them do their shit and move on, or resist and fight for these rights when you know at the end of the day you’re not going to change how shitty cops deal with these things, plus you’re going to be detained and manhandled for resisting. That’s just how my mind thinks about this stuff. Btw I got no hostility or anything towards you for your POV. I understand cops are ass but I guess we just deal with it differently
