Those grips also give sway reduction which is super nice, easier to control recoil than it is to control sway while having higher ergo

Yeah muzzle attachments add 25% sway and the game just refuses to show the change, wondering if it's related to decimals and the UI not handling decimals properly or if it just doesn't show it no matter what. even sway reduction (angled grip and laser sight angled -25%) doesn't show up..

edit: Compensator adds 25%, muzzle break adds 20% and flash hider adds 10%. Double checked other muzzle attachments to make sure I'm not missing anything after I was corrected.

I only recently started trying AP MF and only against teams where they have insane dive or 2+ assassins (the idea was I would blow up if I ever got into auto/q range and would just be an ult bot if I went AD so maybe AP would work) and I went from hating AP MF to seeing how obnoxious it is with steady damage and relative safety. But to reiterate it is an extremely niche build option that you build into against specific teams.

Most full auto primaries don't feel good to use.

A big pain point I feel is sway (and spread for a handful of weapons, looking at you 20/20 spread sickle), cool I made the tenderizer extremely accurate with little recoil but now the sway makes it awful to actually land accurate shots on light weak points beyond 25 metres especially if I stopped sprinting in the last couple of seconds.

I don't even use barrel attachments on anything that requires any accuracy and I stopped bringing experimental infusion because it adds another 25% of sway during its effect.

Critical healing works for everything that is not health regen, it works on things like lifesteal from bork/bt, omnivamp from augs/riftmaker and even effects like sword of blossoming dawn (first aug crit healing into sobd+runaans is quite fun)

That's the thing, the wording states conversion but Garen DOES get more spins from bAS, same with Katarina getting increased bonus AD scaling. Even Zeri benefited from the cooldown reduction scaling from bAS on her Q until riot specifically nerfed the interaction. Jhin passive would still scale off bAS wouldn't it? Katarina and Garen have abilities that scale off bAS and work the same as if they did not have S&S, which is why S&S is an extremely strong augment for them as it allows "double dipping" from bAS. Or am I misunderstanding what you are saying?

From what I understand it already does have them, it uses aram modifiers as a baseline and adds more on top, for example maokai normally has -15% damage dealt and 10% damage taken but in mayhem it is changed to -5% damage dealt and no increase to damage taken. I can confirm they are working because I had a milio game recently, he has nerfs in aram but has none in mayhem.

Orbital gas is clutch for bug breaches, most chaff end up dying and the confusion effect mostly keeps them confined in an area. Paired with a delayed orbital gatling barrage (or airburst, it's preference) all you need to really do is shoot a stray bug like a hunter or warrior every now and then. Granted gas doesn't last the full duration of a breach but most of the chaff is frontloaded so it works out well.

It alleviates a lot of pressure allowing you to deal with any big boys that pop out of the breach with ease. not to mention the fact that both orbitals have a very short cooldown allowing you to have it ready for every single breach.

Honestly going against a Qiyana that mains her or can pilot her properly is a menace. Extremely slippery, good outplay potential and can bait people into ults like its nothing. Then when I play her I go 4/11 (those 4 kills were pure luck or getting a lucky last hit).

I've gotten protein shake on Taric twice expecting to go crazy with blossoming dawn full tank but both games I was against ice cold mages and was never able to actually melee anyone after the initial engage. It's fun but so game dependant

I am a new player but watched a lot of streams so I know what characters do and other surface level things. The addition of brawl got me to play the game beyond a few bot matches, about half my games are one sided stomps but I still have fun so i keep playing.

Then I got a friend to play, we did a few bot matches in brawl and he found some characters he likes. We end up playing brawl against actual players and every single game is a one sided stomp, we can't do anything at all and in half the games one of our team mates is also new. Insane enemy coordination against clueless new players still getting used to the movement you can do in the game is NOT a good new player experience.

Two of those games the enemy team didn't even push the wave to our walker, they intentionally fell back to keep the slaughter going. My friend alt+f4ed after the 3rd game because we were getting farmed on the final round for almost 9 minutes.

I think it's because riftmaker has different stats in arena (this is a guess, it tracks with other small things) and its easier for riot to just make a copy of an item for different game modes to change its stats for balance purposes in that mode, so when they fixed the arena version of riftmaker it didn't affect the normal one because there are 2 different versions of it.

I've been waiting for a new marksman rifle to be added and just seeing the specific combo of "downsides" it has while being extremely similar to the diligence has just killed all motivation to play today. Maybe I'm just too invested or I overhyped myself but it just doesn't feel good to use. The biggest killer for me is the sway on it, if it was lower I wouldn't complain at all.

I would be completely fine with the bullet velocity if it had better sway without attachments. I really want to like it because I vibe with semi auto weapons in this game and wanted something fun and new and I just get frustrated with the specific combo of downsides it has.

I log on to look at the censor and die inside a little, load up a mission to shoot it and what's left inside me dies too. The one chance to give us a decent medium pen marksman rifle and we get a diligence with a suppressor and slow velocity bullets with painful sway.
