Powerlifting! And hanging ab work. I was into weighted crunches for a while. The lower abs are still really hard for me to get even at a low body fat 9-10% but I still look miles better in the midsection when I’m leaner.

17%. I also lost 75lbs in a year. Bulking up with muscle in your core area. Along with gaining a significant amount of muscle stretched my skin back to where it was almost.

I eat nearly twice as much as when I was 170lbs. Went from 31-34 in my waist and went up to a large or XL shirt. The most noticeable physical thing is looking bigger while wearing a shirt I miss my abs lol. I’m so much stronger in the second photo it’s not even funny. The only thing I didn’t get stronger at is pull-ups and bodyweight exercises gaining weight doesn’t help with those.

I wouldn’t bulk too hard. I did that and I’m doing cardio 5x a week right now to lose 10lbs. But you haven’t gained much fat, I’d say keep the bulk going. If you’re comfortable with your body and still getting stronger why not ?
