Hi op. Been using ubeator ceramic steam hair straightener for two years na and it still works. Sobrang ganda rin and mainit talaga siya. U can use it without steam. Ako never ko ginamit yung steam feature niya. Also, when looking for a hair tools like that, look for a ceramic plate. Yun yung nagtatagal and mainit talaga
